I recently had the Sweat tox procedure, and as a first-time patient, I had a great experience. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The clinic is clean, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Although the doctor was running slightly late, the team kindly offered me the use of their massage chair, which was a thoughtful touch. The consultation was efficient, and both Nurse Amore and Dr. Irfan made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The pricing is very competitive considering the quality of service and the clinic's ambience. As someone who works in the luxury hospitality industry, I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism. I would like to recommend Lux Aeterna, not only because the staff are very nice, but because they are all truly caring and professional. From the reception, & Ms. Pinky, to the nurses Jeff, Ms. Marina, Ms.Shevy, Ms. Natalia, and Dr. Irfan—everyone is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Irfan is very kind and always checks on the patients, which we really appreciate. The place is cozy and very clean, making us feel comfortable during every visit. The treatments are excellent. After just two sessions, I already saw visible results. We are almost done with our sessions (PRP, HydraFacial, & for NAD I felt results even after the first treatment. Just got my full body laser done here with Marina (the nurse), and the whole experience was so pleasant and comfortable! From the reception to the treatment, everything was seamless. I visited Lux Aeterna Medical Centre for an iron drip due to low iron. The staff were very good at explaining the procedure and benefits of the drip. The clinic was clean and very modern. I was asked what I’d like to drink and then sat in a full body massage chair while I had the drip. I will definitely rebook for when I need the drip again.
